Plantation, Flyer, Blown😞

I decided to leave the dog and the cameras at home and have a day just enjoying the a Thursday open at Plantation. (SILVERS MATCH)

Well happy with peg 4, a peg that holds plenty of fish.

Started on my usual pellet approach and after an hr I felt like I was competing well and had getting on for 10lb in the bag.

Things slowed so I dropped onto the GB and caster line there were fish there, but struggled to hook anything.

Back over the pellet line but it had switched off. Tried short caster line one small Roach no good!

I opened up some new pellet lines and nicked odd fish from them, kept trying the GB line, fish were fizzing over it!! No bites🤯.

Tried the short line several times also had some nice roach and a carp.

I did manage to hook an odd fish over the GB line and a few more on new pellet lines and I stumbled over the finish line with 18lb. Not sure exactly where it went wrong but way off the pace in the end. Loved my day out though with plenty of bites and fish for all.
