Shiplate Costcutter

Decided to get myself booked onto the Thursday cost cutter at Shiplates main Lake. This write up won't take long as it was a tough day for me☹☹.

I was drawn on peg 13, started slapping at 16m, fish were present but they had other things on their mind🤦.

I was soon fishing on the deck at 16m meat over meat, an 8lb carp was soon in the bag😊👍👍.

I decided to persist with the meat line sadly one hr late I still only had one carp???

I did loose feed meat at 10m for most of the match and never had a bite over it. I fed a margin line and never had a bite over it.

I managed 2 more carp and 2 skimmers all on the method to the middle. I DNW (est 25lb). Most struggled on the day with only 2 weights over the ton. I was hoping to learn something for the up coming float only match☹☹🤦😂😂🤣.
