Peg9 Curse

Acorn fishery Tuesday affordable, Mike drew me peg9 a good peg, but a peg that I don't get along with, I always seem to struggle from it😭. Once I got to the peg fish were boshing and moving across and I thought I might be able to shake the peg9 curse.

Started dobbing over, foul hooked and landed one straight away😊. Straight back out and for the next 45mins I couldn't get an indication dobbing anywhere🤔.

People were catching over feed so I went onto my 3foot rig over against the slope, fed GB and maggots with maggot on the hook. I had another small carp, but I had to wait a long time for a bite.

I setup another line over with the same rig to my right, and fed this line the same as the other.

To cut a long story short I only really caught on the first line, I foul hooked one on the second line and failed to catch on several other lines that I setup☹.

The last hour really let me down, I didn't get a bite. Finished with 28lb ,needed over 50lb to frame......the peg9 curse continues😭😭😭

A nice perch and a decent Tench were the highlights of my day😊.
